CROWN Portal Meditation - Bring a White Rag and Paper
This meditation is to clear the CROWN portal. For years many have referred to this area as the Crown chakra. It is actually a portal where light enters your body. This sound frequency meditation will help clear this "window". Simply bring a white rag and some paper. Tony will instruct you on what to do with them. The rag is to help you energetically but is nice if you have a real rag to help you visualize.
