In this episode Tony Gyenis creates a short yet easy to listen to meditation to help clear/activate your ROOT Chakra. Tony will ask you to visually place your feet in water or the ocean and connect to it because water is a great conductor. This is actually Part 2 in the ROOT Chakra Series.
This meditation was specifically created for those that want to keep their ROOT Chakra clear and open to messages from our beloved Earth. It is an effective meditation as it only takes about 20 minutes. Listen before you start your day or just before you go to bed.
