In this meditation Tony Gyenis uncovers past lives and has created a special meditation to help you clear or make peace with the past and the past lives to change the present moment. Get a pad of paper and pen as Tony describes how to place your thoughts in a zone to help you "go back" to when those emotions began which caused a ripple effect in what is happening in your life now. Write everything you can down. Nothing is random or by chance. If you are not getting what you want perhaps it is a past life energy that needs healing.
