This meditation helps heal the hardships energies so you can find answers or insight so it won't seem to drag on. This is an effective exercise to get you to address your energies to communicate with you to give you step by step instructions on how to address and react to a challenge or a problem. Your mind has had its chance and how it is your soul's turn.
